We started with one promise: no family should face a medical crisis alone. Here is our story, how we vet every caregiver, and the standards we hold ourselves to.
Apana Sukh Patient Care was founded by Jasveer Singh with a simple goal — to bring reliable, trained nursing and attendant care into people's homes across Ludhiana and Punjab, so families never have to face a medical crisis alone. What started as personal home visits has grown into a full care network covering Ludhiana city with same-day deployment, and Punjab-wide on a 24-hour live-in basis. Every case we take on, from a few hours of post-surgery support to full-time residential care, is handled with the same attention we would want for our own family.
Every nurse and attendant we send to your home goes through identity checks, police verification, and medical health screening before deployment — no exceptions. We also assess clinical competency for specialised procedures like tracheostomy care, catheter management, and IV administration. If your caregiver ever needs to take leave, we send an immediate backup so care is never interrupted — that is our zero-downtime commitment.
Strict aseptic and infection-control protocols are followed for every procedure we handle at home — from tracheostomy and catheter care to wound dressing and IV support — so patients recover in a safe, clean environment. Our staff carry sterile kits for every visit, follow hand-hygiene checklists, and are trained to spot early signs of infection so they can flag concerns to your family and our care coordinator immediately.
